Begin your day with affirmations
Before getting out of bed, simply say to yourself “I love myself and accept who I am”
Just wrap your arms around your upper body and squeeze tightly.
There’s way too many things you could do when it comes to this, the list below is just a start:
- Write a thank you letter to yourself.
- Keep a gratitude journal.
- Freshen up your thank yous to others.
- Smile in the mirror.
- No complaining day (one day of the week where you will commit to not complaining or any negative comments.)
- Share gratitude by posting a tweet or Facebook post.
