Healthy lifestyle promoted among young people

The sessions began in February and to date nine women have been participating in them.

The group trains from Monday to Sunday between 7am and 8am and later from 5pm to 7pm and so far they are happy with their results.

“During winter the only challenge is that we train out in the cold in the morning, but at least in the evenings we have a place that we can use.

“Though we may need a bigger venue, we still invite other interested men and women from 17 years old and above to join,” he says.

A 32-year-old Lebohang Mokoena, who has been happy with her transformation, shares that she started in April weighing 83kg, but now her weight has dropped to 77kg.

“I could be happy with the results I’m seeing thanks to Mtshali, because when I was alone, it was hard but I have seen exercising with others which makes it easier and I enjoy it,” she says.
