Artist launches new brand

Simphiwe Chirwa ka Mlotshwa is proud to present his new brand to the community.

Being a hip-hop artist who inspires his listeners through his lyrics and music, Mlotshwa states that the idea for a clothing line has always been there.

“I started designing the logo and putting ideas together last year already, even though the concept has always been there since I started my rapping career.

“For me it’s not just a brand but a movement where I want to motivate my fellow brothers and sisters to never lose hope of achieving their dreams and ambitions.

“Sosha Lam is a slogan that will serve as a reminder that one is a soldier in the journey of life and that they are never alone because soldiers fight together in war,” he says.

Currently available are T-shirts, caps, bucket hats and golf T-shirts in a range of colours and they can also be custom-made on request.

Mlotshwa says since the launch of his brand he has been selling his merchandise at malls and at big events in Kwatsaduza to build brand awareness.

Going forward he says he wants to make additional items, such as tracksuits and other items of clothing.

“I believe that our youth have so much potential and we are not using our talents to the best of our abilities to try and curb the unemployment pandemic in our country,” adds the artist.
