Man hijacked in KwaThema

KwaThema – A 37-year-old man was hijacked at the corner of Kgaswane and Ngunguyane streets last Wednesday.

According to police spokesperson Capt Thabo Sibuyi the driver of a white Conquest was driving along Shabangu Street at around 8.30pm.

“He was then stopped by two unknown men.

“They then rode with him until the complainant got to Kgaswane Street where the two males told the complainant to stop the car.

“As he stopped the car, one of the men pointed at him with a firearm and instructed the driver to get out of the vehicle,” says Sibuyi.

The duo drove off in his vehicle with registration number FP 72 DG GP.
